Terms & Conditions

1. Session Deposit: I understand that a minimum of $25 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking in order to secure a Senior Session. The deposit will be applied toward your Session Fee. The remainder is due at time of session.
2. I agree to the deposit & session payment terms.
   
3. Transportation: I understand that I must provide my own transportation to all session locations.
4. I agree to provide my own transportation to, from, and throughout my session.
   
5. Additional Fees: I understand that I must cover any additional fees associated with securing a location for my Senior session.
6. I agree to pay for any additional fees associated with securing a location for my Senior session.
   
7. All work is owned and copyrighted by Halladay Photography and is protected under Federal copyright law. Clients will be required to sign a Model Release by session date. Forms will be provided to you on or before your session date.
8. I will honor the copyright on Halladay Photography's images and sign the Model Release provided.
